Barry is a big, lovable boy who would be perfectly happy spending his days in your lap or being carried around in your arms.
Barry first showed up outside the home of one of our volunteers in Wadsworth. He was incredibly friendly from the start and quickly made himself comfortable hanging around the house. He followed Donna into the greenhouse looking for attention and regularly tried to get inside.
Donna spent several weeks trying to find his owner, but no one came forward. Barry eventually joined Fat Cat Rescue and moved into foster care.
Now he is neutered, safe and ready to find his forever home.
Barry’s happy place is in someone’s lap or arms. He loves being close to people and getting plenty of pets and attention. He also absolutely loves other cats and would be thrilled to have feline friends in his new home. He has also done well with kids.
Barry is a big boy with an even bigger love for people and other cats. After spending time outside waiting for someone to notice him, he is ready for a family who will give him the indoor life, affection and companionship he has been looking for.
If you are looking for a big, affectionate lap cat who loves other cats, Barry would love to meet you.
Could Barry be your new best friend?
